Very small production. A blend of Italian and Spanish olive varietals including Italian varietals of Pendolino and Coratina. The Spanish varietals of Gordal and Manzanillo lend the olive oil a fresh, tropical, and stone fruit profile.

The Label features sculpted metallic embossed animals that visit our estate vineyard throughout the year.
